TANGUERÅS of the
island Amrum
Milonga on Socks without words
The Amrum dancers warmly welcome everyone to the island. Matthias Menk is part of the organizational team and starts out playing the Amrum dancers' favorite Tangos for an hour and a half - a diverse selection of music. Let yourself be surprised and, without words or shoes, dance the tango while lying in each other's arms.

Birgit Jost
Flensburg
DJane
Birgit loves music that inspires and puts on a mix of classic tangos and non-tangos that are easy to dance to in tandas with cortinas.

Jessica Carleson
Stockholm
DJane
Jessica: I mostly play traditional tango, music with energy, warmth and drive.
A tanda must be harmonious, the songs supporting or complementing each other, like players in a successful team. Reliable defenders, hard working, creative mid-fielders, and those equilibristic star players up front.
Occasionally, and at the request of the event, I play alternative music.

Chacarera Workshops
*DJ

He not only inspires you with the layout and content of this user-friendly website, diligently sends out the emails for this Festivalito and brings you closer to the Chacarera here, he also lets your feet smoke with the best classical and alternative tangoes. When choosing the music, the focus is always on a clear rhythmic structure and danceability.
If you like, you can also let off steam between the tandas with salsa, cha cha & co. on Andreas' danceable Cortinas, while the others treat themselves to a short break.
